Nursing Navigators & Provider Professionals provides an array of courses. In every class, our instructors emphasize the strategies and processes involved in a DODD approved curriculum and hands-on training, creating a unique opportunity to prepare our students to provide direction, training and assurance to those caring for individuals with developmental disabilities.

CATEGORY 1

Administration of Medications & the performance of Health-Related Activities

INITIAL

Two day class covering Administration of Medications & the performance of health-related activities

 

CLASS PRICE: $110 per student 

(incudes DODD Curriculum book)

 

RENEWAL 

2 hour continuing-ed and demonstration of relevant skills

CLASS PRICE: $35 per student

 

ANNUAL REMOTE RENEWAL 

2-hour PowerPoint & test sent to employer

CATEGORY 2 - G-TUBES

Training Staff On Stable and Labeled G/J Tubes

INITIAL

Four-hour course to educate participants on stable/labeled Gastrostomy/Jejunostomy (G/J) tubes

CLASS PRICE: $50 per student

 

RENEWAL 

Approximately 1.5 hour continuing education and a return demonstration of skills

CLASS PRICE: $35 per student

CATEGORY 3 - INSULIN

Education of Proper Insulin Administration and Other Metabolic Disorders

INITIAL

4-hour class covering Insulin

CLASS PRICE: $50 per student

 

RENEWAL 

Approximately 1.5 hour continuing education and a return demonstration of skills

Basic Course 

Two 6 hour classes

Mandt is a nationally recognized certification utilized by schools, hospitals and providers of ID/DD services since 1975. Mandt helps to develop a culture that provides for the emotional, psychological, and physical safety for everyone involved.
