CLASS REQUIREMENTS and FAQ

Page 1 of the DoDD application is a state requirement used to confirm that all mandatory background checks have been completed and that the attendee is eligible to take the medication course. Please complete the application at the link below prior to class. Once finished, the form will be automatically returned to Nursing Navigators. Page 2 of the application will be provided and completed in class.

Independent Providers must have an active DODD provider number prior to taking Med Certification courses. Page 1 of the DODD application confirms that you meet all state requirements and are eligible to participate in the medication course and must be submitted prior to class.  Please complete the application at the link below. Page 2 will be completed in class.

To earn or renew Category 2 or 3 certificates, you must have a valid Category 1 Certification in good standing. You can check your Category 1 is not expired at the link.

Your DODD certifications must be renewed annually. It is important to complete your renewal by the expiration date to maintain an active status. If you miss the deadline, you have a 60-day grace period to renew. However, please note that you must be recertified before you can resume administering or performing any tasks covered by your certificates. You can check the status of your certificate using the link below.

Refunds are not offered after purchase. This policy is in place to ensure that all sales are final, which helps maintain the integrity of our business practices.
